It's
pretty easy to change your password on Twitter. In the upper right corner of
the screen or in the lower right corner of the screen in the mobile
application, you have an icon or image representing the profile. Click this
icon. After clicking the profile icon, find the Settings & Privacy option
in the menu that opens and click it. On the Settings & Privacy page, switch
to the Account tab from the left menu. Here you will see the Password section.
Before you can change your password, you will first need to enter your current
password for security reasons. After verifying your current password, a field
will appear where you can enter your new password. Take care to set your new
password in a complex and strong way for security. Enter your new password and
re-enter it to verify.
After
verifying your password and re-entering the new password, save the changes by
clicking a confirmation button such as Save or Save Changes. Your password
should now be changed and you can log into your Twitter account with your new
password. If you forget your password, you can use the Forgot Password option
to regain access to your account. This option will send a password reset link
to your email address or phone number linked to your account.
On
the password reset page, you will be asked to enter your registered username or
email address. After successfully completing the security verification, you
will be redirected to a page for you to create a new password. Set and save
your new password. You can log back into your Twitter account with your new
password. If you haven't added an email address or phone number to your
account, or are unable to access it, you can contact Twitter's support team.
