Telegram vs WhatsApp

Telegram and WhatsApp are popular messaging apps, although they have similar features, they also have differences. Telegram protects messages with end-to-end encryption and ensures that data is not stored on servers in secret chats. Also, Telegram allows users to automatically destroy any messages they want. WhatsApp similarly offers end-to-end encryption but no automatic message destruction option. Telegram allows sharing and storing larger file sizes than WhatsApp. There is almost no file size limit in Telegram. WhatsApp, on the other hand, allows smaller file sizes and keeps sent media files on servers for a limited time.

 Telegram is ideal for distributing content for large audiences through channels. The fact that channels have no limit on the number of members offers the opportunity to appeal to large communities. WhatsApp, on the other hand, is mostly used for personal or small group communication between individuals. Telegram allows users to log in and sync across multiple devices. This allows you to use the same account on different devices and keep your messages up to date on all your devices. WhatsApp does not currently offer multi-device support, so you only need to sign in on one device.

Is Telegram Account Closed?

You have the option to close your Telegram account at any time. Open the Telegram app and tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the home screen. When the menu opens, tap "Settings" or "Settings & Privacy". Enter the Privacy & Security section. There will be an option to Delete My Account or similar. Tap on this option. When you tap on Delete My Account, Telegram will ask you to verify your account by entering your phone number. After entering your phone number, follow the steps to confirm the closure of your account. When you close your account, all data related to your account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. So be sure to backup all important data before closing your account. Also, if you close your account, your participation in groups and channels will cease and your registered contacts will not be able to contact you.
